Hello Everyone

Hope you will join me online this Tuesday where we'll work on using watercolour paints to paint a fantastic view of Scotland. I came across this amazing photo on Social Media, however unfortunately I cannot find the photo again to credit the photographer. Sincere apologies for this, I'll keep trying to find it to properly credit you as it's the most amazing photo!.

We usually meet every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15pm to draw/paint together. No experience needed. Complete beginners are very welcome.

If you are able to print out the image to have it beside you whilst drawing, hopefully you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone as this will allow you to zoom in on the detail also ?

What you'll need

Strong paper (200g or more is best) suitable for watercolour paints

Sticky tape (decorators masking tape is best) to hold the paper down to your desk/table

Any size of paper (A5, or A4 will work well)

A selection of watercolour paints

Kitchen paper to wipe your brushes on

An apron to keep your clothes clean !

A jar of water & a selection of brushes (round pointed, long 'rigger' brush, fine pointed brush)

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will appear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
