12 As soon as he realized this, he went to the house of Mary, the mother of John whose other name was Mark, where many had gathered and were praying.
Lord God, I long for the warmth of a human touch
I long for the comfort of a long hug
The reassurance of a hand upon my shoulder.
You hear me God and fill my longing in the touch of a keyboard,
the friendly faces within the screen
Laughter as we drink hot tea and your Word.
Coming together, Face time, in real time
face to face
We pray together, share together,
Your love.
The hard pews are now our comfy sofas.
No hurry to up and leave
Worship is no longer confined to an allocated time.
I cannot ignore you
For you are here
My place is your place
Your place is my place
My scared place becomes your sacred space
