​When we click on the icons on our computers, whole programmes open up, offering us access to information, experiences and new frameworks for viewing of life. When Jesus issues the words "follow me", they operate in the same way. 

'"Follow me" and I will lead you into the Father heart of God. "Follow me" and I will introduce you to God's upside-down Kingdom. "Follow me" and I will rearrange your way of seeing people. "Follow me" and the journey will take you to the ends of the earth and to the end of time.'

Two words that affect our relationship with God, with others and with ourselves. 

Today the idea of following has been attached to the chattering world of "twitter", carrying celebrity gossip or the seeds of political revolution, connecting friends or creating chaos on the cricketing world. Little phrases make a big difference.
