Our friend Steve Aisthorpe manages Kilmalieu, Scotland’s newest, ancient Christian retreat centre bringing contemporary restoration in the ancient place of retreat going back to early Celtic missionaries. It is on the west coast, about 20 miles from Fort William, a short hop over the Corran Ferry. A place of rugged beauty, where mountains, coastline and ancient woodland provides the perfect space for prayer and reflection. A number of themed and individually guided retreats are available.
