Week 62 - A girl in watercolour

This week we're back to watercolour and painting a girl

The image was painted by Jane Steel following a tutorial by Jennifer Bonneteau.

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together every week. It will be a time of drawing and painting and conversation. Complete beginners are very welcome.

If you are able to print out the image to have it beside you whilst drawing, hopefully you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone ?

What you'll need

You'll need an eraser and a pencil to sketch it out & an eraser

A selection of watercolour paints

Strong paper or Watercolour paper in A3 or A4

Kitchen paper for dabbing, wiping etc

A round brush in medium and small (for detail)

A permanent pen/pencil for eyelashes

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will appear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
