Week 59 - Poppy Seedhead in watercolour

This week we're painting a poppy seedhead using watercolour paints

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together every week. It will be a time of drawing and painting and conversation. Complete beginners are very welcome.

If you are able to print out the image to have it beside you whilst drawing, hopefully you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone ?

What you'll need

You'll need an eraser and a pencil too to sketch it out

round brushes in medium and large

watercolour paper OR good strong paper in A4 or A3

watercolour paints in a range of colours

Look out your hairdryer to speed up the drying process in between colours

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will appear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
