Week 16 - Creating an American Indian scene in Soft Pastels

This week we're going to draw an scene of American Indians travelling through the forest using Soft Pastels

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together every week. It will be a time of drawing and painting and plenty of conversation. Complete beginners are very welcome as well as more experienced artists too.

If you are able to print it out the image to have it beside you whilst drawing, I'm sure you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone ?

What you'll need:

A Selection of Soft Pastels and Pastel Pencils (if you have them)

Pastelmat Paper or Mixed media paper (A4 upwards would work best)

(Note: Ultra fine wet/dry sandpaper also works very well for pastels)

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will apear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
