Psalm 103: 1-5

Praise the Lord O my soul;
All my inmost being, praise his holy name.
Praise the Lord O my soul, and forget not all his benefits-
Who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, 
who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you
with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good 
things so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.

Lord, your cross stands high and strong streaming your love down the years.

Help me to receive it.

Your cross is a sign of your forgiveness.

Help me to value and live in that forgiveness.

Soothe our hearts when dis- ease assails us.

Setting us free to live in renewed awareness of your love

and compassion.

Our remembering caught up in your love becomes a priceless gift.

We offer you all our memories.

Amen.
