Philippians 2:12-13

‘Continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling,
for it is God who works in you to will and act in order to fulfil his good purpose

Lord God, give us the grace to know 
that humility means freedom;
that being your servant does not bind me
but rather frees me from the burdens I carry.
that being humble will let me understand
your words,’my yoke is easy’
and for that, today, we give you our thanks.
