Week 66 - A face in coloured pencils

This week we're drawing & colouring a face using only multi coloured pencils (or crayons or pastel pencils or watercolour pencils)

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNFORTUNATELY THIS WILL BE OUR ONLY APRIL MEETING DUE TO HOLIDAYS - WE WILL RE-START ON TUESDAY 9TH MAY

You can draw the image here or you can take your own photo of yourself or someone else to draw and colour

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together every week. It will be a time of drawing and painting and conversation. Complete beginners are very welcome.

If you are able to print out the image of your choice to have it beside you whilst drawing, hopefully you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone ?

You can pre-sketch the outline sketch of the face using one of the coloured pencils (blue or dark green will work well)  if you wish ready for us to add colour shaping and shadows

What you'll need

A set of coloured pencils in a small selection of colours

Pastel pencils or crayons would also work if need be

Smooth good quality paper of any size - A4 or A3

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will appear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
