Week 4: Pen

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together every week. It will be a time of drawing and painting and plenty of conversation. Complete beginners are very welcome as well as more experienced artists too.

This week we're using felt pen markers. We'll do this in a 'Stephen Brown' style this week (see Here for an idea of this style if you've not come across him before) we will be using felt pens in bold multi colours, rather than a realistic giraffe !

This weeks image will be posted ahead of the meeting. If you are able to print it out to have it beside you whilst drawing, I'm sure you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone ?

What you will need:

Felt pen/marker pens (Sharpie's are perfect, or any other kind of felt pen marker with a thin to medium tip) in a wide range of colours

Pencil, eraser, rule (for sketching shape initially)

A4 paper (or any other paper you have available)

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will apear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
