Week 106 - Beach at Sunset in Soft Pastels

Hello Everyone

Hope you will join me online this week for some art where we'll work on using soft pastels to create a beautful beach sunset

We meet every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15pm to draw/paint together. No experience needed. Complete beginners are very welcome.

Luke 4:40-42

At sunset, the people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness, and laying his hands on each one, he healed them. Moreover, demons came out of many people, shouting, “You are the Son of God!” But he rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew he was the Messiah. At daybreak, Jesus went out to a solitary place. The people were looking for him and when they came to where he was, they tried to keep him from leaving them.

What you'll need

Pastel Paper suitable for soft pastels - Ultra fine sandpaper also works

Sticky tape (decorators masking tape is best) to hold the paper down to your desk/table

Any size of paper (A3 will be great)

A selection of soft pastels and pastel pencils

Kitchen paper to kep your hands clean

How do i join?
