Week 10: - A Rainy Day scene in Acrylic paints

This week we're going to create - A very simple to create, rainy day scene in Acrylic paints

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together every week. It will be a time of drawing and painting and plenty of conversation. Complete beginners are very welcome as well as more experienced artists too.

If you are able to print it out the image to have it beside you whilst drawing, I'm sure you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone ?

What you'll need:

Strong Paper such as Watercolour paper, Mixed Media paper or Card (A3 or A4 size - rectangular and landscape)

Acrylic paints (or poster paint will also work) in red (or orange), black (or dark brown), white, grey (or if not, we'll make grey with black & white)

Paint brushes - You'll need a fairly large flat brush, plus a rounded tip brush and thin brush

Cotton wool buds (like you use for cleaning ears)

Tin foil, and of course and a jug of water for cleaning your brushes

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will apear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
