John 14:27
“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid. Remember what I told you: I am going away, but I will come back to you again. If you really loved me, you would be happy that I am going to the Father, who is greater than I am. I have told you these things before they happen so that when they do happen, you will believe.
Dear Jesus
Time can go so fast
The seasons of our lives
Slip from Spring blossoms into Autumn mists
of memories, treasured dreams and hopes.
Yet, your time is so different from our own
In You, there is no sunrise or setting sun
No ending or beginning..
You say - “I am”
“Don't let your hearts be troubled,
Neither let it be afraid”
Live in the moment, this moment
In timelessness and trust.
Knowing that age, and growing older
Gracefully, (or dis-gracefully)
Is nothing to fear, nor dread..
That all we are, is now, forever
For You are with us always
And we are safe in Your loving arms
