Acts 1:14

All these were constantly devoting themselves to prayer, together with certain women, including Mary the mother of Jesus, as well as his brothers.

Lord Jesus
As you call us to get off our knees
And go out into the world
We should go into the world 
On our knees.

For the kingdom to come on earth
Is a kingdom of prayer and praise
Where every decision
Every deed
Every declaration 
Must be of the gospel

Lord Jesus 
Thank you that prayer
Is more than the holy huddling of good intent
It is the powerhouse of great change
It is the formation of your will in our hearts
It is the way of earth
As it is in heaven
