James 1: 16-17

So, my very dear friends, don’t get thrown off course. Every desirable and beneficial gift comes out of heaven. The gifts are rivers of light cascading down from the Father of Light. There is nothing deceitful in God, nothing two-faced, nothing fickle. He brought us to life using the true Word, showing us off as the crown of all his creatures.

“Sorry seems to be the hardest word” so wrote Elton John,

Every time I hear that song I think of you

And how I have let you down as well as myself,

I promised myself I would do things better,

I assured you I would get it right,

But I am human, with all my faults and failings, and so I make mistakes, 

Every day...every month...every year...

Thank you for your support,

For your forgiveness that washes over me, like a warm enveloping hug,

No matter what happens today, I know I can face it with you as my caring friend, the one who is always there, never too busy or engaged...
