Luke 10:27

He answered, ‘“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind”; and, “Love your neighbour as yourself.

Our Gracious Heavenly Father, 
Today with great eagerness to honor Your great Name,
we gather in spirit and in truth and give You all the glory You alone are worthy of.
Thank You for another chance to give are all to You, our Abba Father.
Grant us patience and long suffering on the field with one another.
Grant us humility as we keep our eyes straight ahead,
ixed on our prize that is YOU--
our delight, our joy and first love above any other win or title or trophy.
May You alone have the first place in our hearts.
May all who look upon us and see our sportsmanship,
our character, our unity--
may they see something special, Lord God
and realize it is only because of You that We are able to play in grace with dignity above reproach. 
Give us a good name on the field,
with our team members, at home, at work and in our communities.
May we place You first above all other loves at every turn.
May we count the cost and consider You the only worthy One of that place.
Be pleased with our devotion and our effort, Lord.
We hold nothing back and give all as unto You.
Thank You for yet another chance to show the power and love of Your great Name
for all those Who place You first.
