Revelation 21:5

And he who was seated on the throne said,
“Behold, I am making all things new.” Also he said,
“Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”

You are the god of creation.
I so love to watch you paint.
Forests are transformed from studies in green to burnt orange, terracotta, gold and flame.
Old familiar paths are made new by carpets of leaves
The sound of the forest is changed by the shedding trees and the mulch underfoot
The birds are moving on, songs sung in a different key.
A different kind of beauty and music for sure.
You make all things new.
and so it is with us.
